Update: I woke up to good news this morning.  Apparently, Michael has regained consciousness and, while still in critical condition, he is doing much better.  Family members have gone to Wisconsin to be at his bedside and have requested privacy until Michael is able to speak to friends and press.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the Badnarik family and to Michael, for a speedy recovery.

I just got word that former Libertarian candidate for President and President of this year’s Continental Congress, Michael Badnarik, suffered a heart attack.

He was in Madison, Wisconsin attending a raw milk case hearing when he left the courthouse with friends.  They were going for lunch when he slumped over suddenly.  His friends administered CPR and called paramedics, who took him to the hospital where he remains in serious condition.

He is on a temporary pacemaker and is unconscious.

Pray for this Constitutional Scholar that he will recover to continue fighting the good fight.
