Mili Note: This is a new website/forum from contributor Michael Kleen.

Are you a free-thinker who is looking to get his or her ideas out there and debate with an intellectual community? Untimely Meditations is looking for original commentary (700 to 1,000 words), reviews, and observations covering a wide range of topics regarding contemporary American culture, society, and politics. Observations are short reflections on the causes or effects of something you noticed in the news, on television, at work, or even while out in public. Book, movie, and music reviews are welcome as well, especially if the relationship between those works and society or culture is highlighted.

Untimely Meditations will be officially launched on January 1, 2011. Our goal is to queue at least 20 days worth of submissions before this launch date. Think you are ready to join the discussion? Check out our guidelines before you begin submitting your work.

If you know anyone who would be interested in writing for Untimely Meditations, please spread the word. We are looking forward to reviewing your submissions!

Michael Kleen
