How to Be Free: A Primer

by Bill, ZeroGov

“Remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers and for a time they seem invincible but in the end, they always fall — think of it, ALWAYS.”

– Mahatma Gandhi

We broke the cult bond that holds us to the federalized entity that is government. Now how do we become free, and what is freedom.

Our entire lives we have been told that these united States were “free.” And that there was a “free” world and a third world or not “free” world, we have watched and cheered as our young men and women marched off to “fight” for that freedom. But now our eyes have been opened, we see that we are sending our young men and women off to murder and pillage in the name of greed and conquest. We see that those young men and women are victims of this as much as those they will eventually murder in the name of freedom.

What can we do, how can we prevent this terrible thing from continuing to occur?

Withdraw consent; stop promoting the government sponsored violence by withdrawing our support. Your neighbors will surely tell you that if you fail to vote you are “contributing to evil.” I will tell you as others told me, if you vote you are surely establishing a preference for evil. If you vote you are assuring the entity that is government retains its power and the countless millions murdered will have died in vain. Voting in a socialist, fascist or democratic society ensures only one thing: that freedom remains a fantasy.

In these united States, you have two choices to vote for; one is evil and the other less or more so depending on what you believe. In these united States, we the “people” believe that by voting we retain our power to change things. And yet, through voting we have arrived where we are now. By contributing and supporting the very system we wish to change through voting, we are in this precipitous position.

I cannot believe that even a majority of those living in this nation would desire the deaths of others to uphold their fantasy of freedom.

So why is it so difficult for you and those around you to break the psychological bonds of oppression that your government has formed around you? Do you believe that by withdrawing support you are a traitor? Do you believe that by withdrawing support you are dishonoring those who came before you? I say again, unless you withdraw support of this great evil that is the entity of government you are all of the above. Those who have withdrawn or are in the process of withdrawing that support are the true heros, patriots and freedom lovers.

So which are you, free or slave?

“I object to violence because when it appears to do good, the good is only temporary; the evil it does is permanent.”

– Mahatma Gandhi
