Government Motors has shown off its version of what future “commuting” will look like in their pea pod concept. Not content with that, the company decided that in order to ramp up the marketing, they needed to re-badge the EN-V Pod Car concept with a Chevrolet bowtie and send out another press release in hopes that someone like myself would mention their name.
So far, it seems to be working.
The EN-V (which I’ve re-dubbed the WTF) is a dumb idea to begin with and serves no purpose other than to give some intern design student a chance to draw stuff on his computer and for Government Motors to have something to produce yet another press release for.
Well, here you go.
“For 100 years, the Chevrolet brand has been focused on making advanced technology that improves customers’ lives accessible and affordable, and the Chevrolet [WTF] will continue that tradition,” said Chris Perry, vice president, global Chevrolet marketing and strategy, in a prepared statement.
It appears that not only has Government Motors once again put out a crappy release for a stupid idea with a couple of graphics to back it up, but they’re now sending their VPs to the Obama School of Teleprompter Statements to learn controlled delivery too.
