  1. GoneWithTheWind says:

First HFCS has no more fructose then our table sugar does. Second all fruits have fructose is their major sugar content should we fear eating all fruit. Third, indeed frctose is converted to glucose by the liver, so what? That is what your body is supposed to do, you make it sound like it is a bad thing. Last; 100% of the carbohydrates you eat are converted to glucose by your body. Your body does not know or care if it came from HFCS, table sugar, rice, potatoes, carrots, apples, etc. It is ALL converted to glucose. AND if you don’t eat enough carbohydrates to support your system your body can and will convert protein and fat into sugar including the protein and fat in your own body. Sugar is what runs your body, powers your muscles and brain. Your HFCS derangement syndrome is stupid.
