Tyrants Are Usually Cowards

from ConstitutionFirstColorado

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police … yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home… A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”~Winston Churchill

1360339763If true justice exists in this world, Obama, Diane Feinstein, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton and Piers Morgan will be personally tasked with confiscating firearms in my community. Only a coward would implement a policy depriving others of their liberty, freedom and ability to protect those they love, while lacking the courage to personally implement that policy, face-to-face.

Tyrants would not be so plentiful in this world if they were required to do their own dirty work and individually, eye-to-eye, seize the guns or other private property of honest citizens. They are more than willing to send a drone, a useful idiot who is being paid with stolen money or perhaps a terribly misguided soldier or cop; but they will never put their own ass on the line for their agenda. Such is the cowardice of a tyrant.

Tyrants would simply look like any other criminal if they did not command the allegiance of those willing to prostitute themselves for money or the feeling of power, because at heart they too are cowards, always seeking numerical superiority over those they seek to oppress. Although there was once a claim of an army of one—it does not exist in reality.

Have you ever seen a criminal gang of one? Why not? Tyranny and oppression requires back-up and superior firepower. That is why lovers of government power do not want honest people to possess equality in firepower. Only a criminal fears an honest person with a gun and the spirit of the hand that holds it.

Why does our government facilitate the transfer of so-called “assault weapons” to criminal gangs and foreign armies, but thinks an honest citizen with one is a threat? They cared little that Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed and the person who bought the weapon that killed him was sentenced to 57 months in prison while those who facilitated the purchase are still drawing a government paycheck. Their panic occurred only when they thought one of the weapons they personally delivered into the hands of criminals might have been used to shoot someone who controlled their power and income. (Giffords in Tucson)

Congressional hearings revealed the plan to equip criminal gangs with assault weapons went to the very top leadership of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) with Acting Director Melson actually watching on a live video feed, criminals walk out of chosen gun shops with weapons they don’t want honest citizens to own. To believe this operation was not approved by the Attorney General and the President is totally absurd. Sources told me months before the story achieved national attention (verifiable) that the mastermind behind the entire operation was none other than Rahm Emanuel, former White House Chief of Staff, now conveniently Mayor of Chicago, one of the most crime ridden cities in our country; a city where it is unlawful to own a gun but also one that has an astronomical rate of death by shooting. Is it just me or does crime and political tyranny go hand in hand?

The bureaucrats mentioned above, not unlike those in organized crime families, are more than willing to do the dirty work for those in power above them. Not much difference between those in organized crime and the useful idiots who perform similar duties for our tyrannical government. Just ask the folks in New Orleans who saw the tyranny of good intentions up close and personal during the unconstitutional gun grab after Katrina; tyranny visited on them by government employees, all of whom had taken a sacred oath to defend the very rights they were destroying.

People like Governor Cuomo, Utah Governor Herbert, various county sheriffs and numerous bureaucrats who, having taken a sacred to uphold and defend the Constitution, believe those in positions of power above them who, such as presidents, members of congress and people who wear black robes, those who routinely ignore their sacred oaths, have dominion and control over them and must be obeyed. In such beliefs they assume the role of useful idiots for tyrants. They forget the part of their sacred oath that says they will defend the Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Many do not realize a “domestic” enemy to our Constitution is in many ways much more heinous and destructive than a foreign one. While a foreign enemy attacks from the outside, a domestic enemy to our Constitution and Bill of Rights gradually eats away at the very flesh of liberty. Those who take the oath should be just as committed to fighting the domestic enemy to our Constitution as they are the foreign one. Can a foreign soldier or army do more harm to our freedoms than an elected official, judge or member of law enforcement who attacks the essence of our liberty—our Constitution and Bill of Rights—while hiding behind the position of power granted them by the very system they seek to destroy?

Could it be it is not an oath issue but a commandment issue? Have these people decided their god is government in direct contradiction to the First Commandment? Are they attempting to serve two masters or just worshipping and embracing their power over others like previous tyrants in history?

A tyrant who is unwilling to personally go from person to person to implement their draconian legislation should never be trusted by those who serve them. If Obama, Biden, Cuomo, Feinstein, Schumer, Herbert, assorted judges, and other members of congress are unwilling to themselves go door to door to seize firearms and destroy our natural rights, guaranteed by our Creator, why should anyone who has sworn a sacred oath to Liberty before God and witnesses be willing to do it for them?
